By accessing or using the Argentive OS website at
argentive-os.com (the "Site") or by joining our waitlist or early access program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Argentive OS is an AI automation platform currently in pre-launch development. The Site is used to provide information about the platform and to collect waitlist registrations from interested users. Access to the full platform will be granted to waitlist members on a rolling basis as the product becomes available.
3. Waitlist and Early Access
By submitting your email address to join our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Argentive OS regarding product updates, early access invitations, and related announcements. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any specific features. We reserve the right to determine the order and criteria for granting early access at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Argentive OS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to our waitlist or any forms on the Site.
